  1. Shipping Method for Graded Cards: All orders containing graded cards are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked service, offering you peace of mind with tracking capabilities from dispatch to delivery.

  2. Shipping Coverage: We provide standard shipping coverage for packages up to £150, ensuring your purchase is safeguarded against loss or damage during transit. For added protection, we offer alternative shipping methods at checkout, including options with coverage of up to £10,000.

  3. Processing Time: Orders without grading services are shipped out within one business day upon receipt of payment. For orders with grading services, processing time will vary depending on the selected grading package.

  4. Delivery Time: Expect your order to arrive within 48 hours after dispatch within the UK. International delivery times may vary based on your location and customs clearance procedures.

  5. Shipping Rates: Enjoy simplified shipping rates or additional cover for peace of mind:

    • £5.99 for Grading services.
    • Additional Shipping options with alternative levels of cover available at checkout, including Royal Mail Special Delivery with Consequential Loss Cover up to £10,000
    • Accessories such as card holders and bumpers will have a lower shipping rate, which will be calculated at checkout.
  6. International Shipping: We're excited to offer international shipping worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
